Whippletree Timber Framing has put up two buildings at the Madoc
Skate Park.
One is the small shade building near the giant kids climber, and also the Madoc
Tourist information booth.
Both of these frames are built in a Traditional English pattern called the English
Tying Joint.
This is a unique 3 way connection that brings post, tiebeam and top plate together.
The Madoc Tourist Information Booth was built with the help of the Woodworking class at CHSS,
thanks so much to the class for all the help and all the fun that was had working through this project.

Special Thanks to Brad, pictured in the doorway above!
